This NEW BUILD home was a modern work of art designed from scratch. Its many textures of wood, metal and cement added to its already original design with butterfly roof, roof garden and sail shade. Emphasis was placed on bringing as much nature in to the home with extensive glass allowing for beautiful natural light and extensive inside/out living space.
Rameron
This lakeside home was so rewarding to turn about. We transformed its outdated cottage mix of colours to a modern, clean line space while keeping its homely elements. Views were maximised by enclosing the existing porch with large sliding glass doors, extending the living area with a new deck and adding large dorma windows upstairs. The internal dark tones allowed for the nature of the exterior to be accentuated, thus making the breathtaking outlook the focus.

Scarborough
This beautiful coastal suburb gave the perfect backdrop to open up this outdated home. Its elevated position lent to lengthening the views by expanding window openings and elongating the lines. We re-worked the layout to expand the spaces and modernised the home with its fixtures and soft finishes. Lightening the overall palate and bringing in earthy tones kept it true to its beachy vibe and made the home a calming, fresh space to be in.
